Challenge accepted! LSUS Alumni Association is participating in the 2024 Give For Good Challenge. Supporters from across the world can engage in an interactive and exciting 24-hour online giving challenge led by the Community Foundation of North Louisiana. This day of giving raises thousands of unrestricted dollars for North Louisiana organizations and celebrates the important work being done. For our alumni association, your contribution supports scholarships, alumni workshops, and expanding alumni engagement.
Give For Good has become a philanthropic staple in most non-profit calendars, with over $2.75 million being raised in 2023. Funds donated on this day of giving directly impact our budgets. To make the event even more exciting, the association can grow funds raised on May 7th by capturing a portion of our $230,000 Lagniappe Fund and competing for over $20,000 in prizes.
Between now and May 7th, we invite community members to donate to the LSUS Alumni profile. Donors, organizations, and the public can track giving progress throughout the day by checking out our leaderboard, which updates in real time.
